We offer one stop advise and documentation for companies and investors who want to take advantage of the full gamut of tax incentives in Malaysia.

These incentives include investments in the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC), Bio Nexus, Iskandar Development Region, Northern Corridor Economic Region, East Cost Economic Region, Sabah Development Corridor and Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy.

Our office is situated next to the Malaysian Industrial Development authority (MIDA) which has helped us develop a deep understanding of the policies and processing mechanism of various applications before MIDA. These include applications for pioneer status, investment tax allowance, reinvestment allowance, customs and other indirect tax exemptions, double deduction for promotion of exports, industrial building allowance, incentives for Operational Headquarters (OHQ) and International Procurement Centers (IPC).
